First of all just like you I don't like when they try to make me go in circles just so i end up, exactly where I was an hour ago. Anyway... Click on the link below to open BearShare Help Desk Form.
Make sure to fill out the blanks as much as you can, and Yes you need to provide the Credit Card numbers you used for registration again or whatever card is on the record.
Under Message Details enter
Subject : Cancel BearShare Subscription
then just simply state that you would like to cancel your Subscription or close your Account and don't forget to Click Submit.
You will receive an automated e-mail response, with your Ticket ID number.
Final : You will receive your Cancellation Confirmation e-mail stating: Subscription has been cancelled successfully, and that further billing of your account for monthly BearShare services will not be conducted.
Note: Please keep this confirmation e-mail for your records.
